Domestic Shipping-

Most orders will ship within 48 hours of being placed. However, some orders may take longer to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

Orders placed together may be split across multiple shipments and may not ship on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered.

We will alert you in the event of an out-of-stock item or backorder. You will also be provided an approximate date of shipment.

Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the pre-tax value of US orders.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

International Shipping, Orders and Fees-

For international orders, import fees such as customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; customers should contact their local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns-

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds-

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return conditions are met, we will refund/credit back to the original method of payment.

Most orders will be processed within 30 days of return receipt. For gift returns, store credit will be provided. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.

This website is owned and operated by The Football Boutique. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase products both new and pre-owned. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Custom, damaged or products otherwise not in their original condition.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of The Football Boutique unless otherwise noted.
